Bio: Her focus is on osteopathic medicine which incorporates diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions from headaches to musculoskeletal issues with a hands-on, holistic approach.  She also focuses on preventive medicine, especially with the adolescent population and women’s health including pap smears.  She has an interest in skin procedures, including performing incision and drainages and wound care.  A graduate of Rutgers University-Douglass College, she received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University-Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency at Rowan University-School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Larrea has received numerous awards including the Alan Z. Gartzman, D.O. Memorial Award for extraordinary dedication to Family Medicine, the Humanism in Medicine Award from Rowan University-School of Osteopathic Medicine Residency Program, and the T.O.U.C.H. Point Award (Translating Osteopathic Understanding into Community Health) from Ohio University-Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.

She is a member of the American College of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, and New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.

She speaks Spanish, French, and is also skilled in beginner’s American Sign Language (ASL) which allows her to communicate with a variety of patients.

Bio: Adil Manzoor DO is an Internal Medicine/Pediatric physician practicing in New Jersey. He incorporates osteopathic medicine into his daily practice, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions from headaches to musculoskeletal issues with a hands-on, holistic approach. He is very passionate about preventive medicine and believes that providing great preventive medicine services significantly improves the quality of life of his patients exponentially. He is also very passionate about teaching medical students and mentoring the next generation of youth. In his free time he writes for local newspapers, mentors the youth, reads voraciously, hosts a podcast titled Doctor’s Dilemma. Most important of all he spends time with his lovely wife, Diana, and daughter OliviaRose, and when the time finally permits, binge TV shows! He fluently speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and is actively learning other languages.

Bio: Asad Chohan MD is an Internal medicine resident at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. He has worked in community-clinics in Pakistan and the US for many years and is familiar with the medical needs of an inner-city population having financial challenges on a daily basis. He is very passionate about lung diseases and critical care medicine and believes that the basis of healthcare is strong preventive care and primary prevention of illnesses. He also believes that health awareness and basic preventive care medicine can go a long way in evolving the cost-effectiveness and outcomes in the health sector. On a personal front, Dr. Chohan loves to swim, read about world history, and spend time with his loving family. He is fluent in English, Urdu/Hindi, and Punjabi

Bio: Lamar Middleton is an entrepreneur, coach, and counselor who has developed several programs for youth outreach through sports and similar activities. Having earned a full athletic football scholarship to Syracuse University, Louis graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from James Madison University in 2012. Just three years after, Lamar achieved a salary position becoming head disciplinarian over Shabazz’s Freshman academy program. He has also enjoyed high impact positions as Shabazz’s head counselor and Student’s Dean for North Star Academy Vailsburg Elementary School. As an entrepreneur, Lamar has founded several projects as “In the Trenches” a 2019 Defensive lineman football training program, as well as “Let’s Vend” a for-profit organization delivering services through snacks and beverage positioning and PPE vending machines. Lamar is passionate about supporting the homeless and underserved populations in NJ and has joined GSSM as the Marketing Outreach Director.
